We DO NOT need medical forms for Vacation Programs.

Fee per day: $65 ($60 for members)

Before and after care (7:30 am – 5:30 pm) is available at $8 per hour.

All registrations must be done online. If you are trying to register within 24 hours of a program, you must first call the office at the Museum to make sure there is room in the class (203.777.1833).

We cannot guarantee that there will be a slot for your child if you are registering within this 24 hour time frame.

All registrations are on a first come, first served basis depending on the time stamp online.

Make gifts for your friends and family – or to amuse yourself. Make a few or many in this open ended workshop.

Motor Development: Robot Dance Moves

The torque and speed of motors are more easily learned by touch than by numbers. Just as the rhythms of dance are best learned by moving and not by reading notes on a page.

Small motors just go: one speed, one direction, one shape (round and round). In this workshop, get control.

Use Processing and the Eli Whitney Museum's "Scratching" library for Java, which lets you use familiar "Scratch" commands as you write your first typed-code programs. Both are available for free online, so you can keep coding when you get home!
