Produce your own movie using stop motion animation, a photographic process invented over a century ago which is still used in movies and cartoons to this day. You will make characters and sets from paper craft, Legos, and action figures. Start by filming with Boinx iStopMotion. Then you can embellish the tale by adding hand-drawn Special Effects with the powerful Pixelmator painter. Tie it all together with sound effects, transitions, and music using Apple's iMovie. Learn new techniques to make a 30 second epic. Make a new short film each day or spend all week on your masterpiece. We’ll provide all of the materials you need to make a summer blockbuster.
You can take your movies home on a USB drive or DVD. You will need an e-mail address to share your work on online.
