We are located in a most extraordinary location: right next to the East Rock Park ecosystem. All year long we get to observe a biological community of interacting organisms and their physical environment.

We get to see the Spring and Fall migration of birds and butterflies on their way to and from their winter quarters. We watch the swans nest and raise their young cignets until they lose their grey feathers and turn snowy white like their parents. We share the banks of the Mill River with the Great Blue Heron and white Egrets and cormorants and ducks and turtles and fish…

Make a Fandex* field guide to the Park or to the Mill River – to remind yourself of what an amazing resource this is.
