We cannot ignore the creatures on Earth that often get a bad rap. Fascinating underdog creatures like dung beetles and musk deers must be valued. They are all essential to our ecosystem and have a role that we must appreciate. This week explore species that you might not have known existed.

Wonder at the rare and exciting majestic Himalayan monal and nature’s engineers, the weaverbird. We will honor the bioluminescence of jellyfish and angler fish. Take a look at the adorable axolotl salamander and the three-inch tall hopping desert rodent that can jump up to six feet. We will delve into the animal world of the unknown, unique, and endangered, the list of animals yet to be discovered is endless.
