Leonardo daVinci was a teacher. His notebooks collect lessons: a curriculum in words and drawings…for himself and his apprentices. And then, for us and you. This popular week-long studio returns to apply Leonardo's ideas for developing Renaissance children. Campers will be divided into two age group cohorts.
Each day, join studios that follow Leonardo's habits of mind:
• sketch, draw, diagram, scribble to give your ideas form.
• let nature guide your design.
• improvise: prototype to plan.
• sample the diverse enthusiasms of our artists / artisans-in-residence.
• mix arts without boundaries: art, music, drama, dance.
• explore challenges entirely to you.
• join a team at work on a big project.
