Learn to use a sewing machine, a simple pattern, embroidery, and some hand techniques. Design and create rubber stamps. Decorate your own fabric and paper with rubbers stamping. Stitch your own creations from repurposed fabrics, your original fabric, and/or paper. Your ideas and creativity are welcome and encouraged. Participants may opt to focus on one larger project, or several smaller projects.
Possibilities include: Fabric collage, Bag, Slippers, Lavender scented eye pillow, Fabric flowers,Cards and stationary,Rope from fabric scraps, Lap quilt, One-of-a kind-curtain, garland or banner.
